Mustard - known in Bach flowers as the anti-depressant. And only once I met her growing wild all over my garden did I understand her deeper message; why she can relieve depression. She asks that we simply ACCEPT that which is happening in the world - to us, around us. Accept, she says, and life will be so much simpler, so much more JOYful. And so it is.

"I accept all that is."

  • Wild mustard grows here rampantly at end of winter/springtime. It can pop up one at a time, or in big copses that take up part of the countryside. It's bright yellow flowers lift the sprit, like a brushstroke of cheer.
