Before I knew the name of this flower, I called her Baby Sleep. Her ability to hone you in on the PRESENT moment helps to alleviate anxiety and gently keep you calm in the now. Great for anxieties, for people who find themselves barraged with so many thoughts and worries that they barely notice the present. 
Works almost instantaneously with incredibly calming results.
